Excellent Customer Service

This afternoon I contacted boostpower.co.uk and, initially, spoke with Lobonga Luthuli. He was being extremely helpful when I managed to disconnect myself! On re-entering the live operator system once more I spoke with Olwethu Vusiwe. My query was answered VERY quickly and I was satisfied with the answers I received. Both operators were extremely efficient and very professional.

previous issues receiving top up cards…

previous issues receiving top up cards for new resident.
Resident unable to top up. contacted boost several times.
Duncan has now went through the process of providing top up numbers and bar codes.
Duncan has also completed a complaints form at my request.

Nqobile Ncube was very bright and…

Nqobile Ncube was very bright and astute and backed up initial contact with a callback a week later after finding out the engineers had resolved the meter communication problem. Was a totally unexpected call and hope that the next issue can be sorted out in the future.

Help with barcodes

I spoke with Siphesihle Gumede about not able to get the gas barcode to work. She was very helpful in getting me a new gas barcode.
She also put £30 onto my meter to help me with the gas. I hope to be able to use my new barcode next week when I get it.
