Mattress was ok for 60 days then…

Mattress was ok for 60 days then started giving me back problems

The pillow is too flat and not firm…

Emma is using false/misleading advertising on Wowcher/LivingSocial promotions

We have purchased an Emma Hybrid mattress from a Wowcher/LivingSocial offer and we received a mattress much, much different than the one advertised. We got something similar (slightly worse) than the Original one, which sells for less than half the price.

As per Emma's website, the Hybrid mattress has a layer of pocket springs and a layer of memory foam.

In the mattress we received, the two layers were replaced by cheap, regular foam. No pocket springs, no memory foam at all.

After a few days of emails back and forth with Emma they came to the conclusion "I received the correct product and refused to exchange it". They offered to collect the mattress I've purchased and refund the money, but that's yet to be verified.

Even if they come through and do refund me, this is still misleading advertisement. Hundreds of people will purchase this offer without realising they are getting a much inferior product. This is bad practice and it's unacceptable.

Quick update: Emma, please stop wasting our time and asking for details. Your agents have discussed the details with me TODAY. Not days ago, today.
I have an email from Emma confirming you will NOT replace my mattress, so I'm currently waiting for a collection and a refund.
I can't believe you don't have access to all my details, considering our latest email was exchanged today.

Instead of these generic message that don't solve anything, start showing some respect to your customers and provide a meaningful answer instead.

Hello I have not bought anything from…

Hello I have not bought anything from you recently and having emailed you about this last week I have heard nothing back, 1 star for comms and not confirming why you asked for a review of a recent purchase which I have not made!

Watch out - 2nd hand products for full price

Watch out! Ever wonder where the items go when people return them after 200 days ? New customers apparently. Ordered a platform bed frame. Clearly damaged (one slat had footprints on it) all scratched up, second hand garbage. Customer services only offered £17 for me to keep it (it cost over £170). Now I’m sat here waiting for a replacement to arrive. Don’t believe the hype, use a proper shop !

Bought from adverts

This was bought formy so n he is thinking of returning nothing like stated it doesn't give him a good sleep

Only received one half of my parcel

Only received one half of my parcel. Queried on live chat and promised an update. Didn't get the promised update despite comments that 'we'll definitely sort this for you' and my emails to their support email account were ignored. Parcel eventually arrived many days late.

To top it all, just had an email saying they've had a cyber attack and likely my credit card data was stolen. No offer of help, just advice to contact my bank due to their inability to have appropriate Web security in place.

Thanks for a load of hassle Emma Sleep and for me now having to get a new credit card. I won't be using you again.
