The size I ordered was too big for me…

The size I ordered was too big for me and I had a chat with Sittie and she was so helpful. She will send me a new item with a smaller size which cost me only the shipping and I still can keep the old item. She was so nice and easy to chat with. Great experience so far!

Excellent Customer Service!

Jill was helpful in getting me a replacement for the items I ordered that were too small. She presented me with all my options and I was able to make a quick and easy decision!

Helpful Sittie

Sittie has been very helpful and onhand on my request. I was just asking to locate my delivery as it got lost. But was very friendly enough to offer me a replacement for free. This is quality service. She has been very nice and patient to talk with. She will certainly keep your customers happy and avid.

Miserable service

After 3 months!!! from initial order and multiple chase up with their customer services and my local couriers I’ve been informed that there was an issue with local courier service and they suggested resend the order for extra fee or refund excluding postage.
Customer service are just dummy robots replying with miserable excuses and even saying covid was a cause, however it was not even close to the truth, just a popular excuse nowadays.
I would never ever order anything again from them and don’t recommend to anyone.
Moreover I already submitted request to legal services to check in their misleading and fraudulent behaviour.

I bought the new Sauna jacket

I bought the new Sauna jacket. I was very excited! However, unlike the sauna suit, it fits weird. Tight in the shoulders and neck but suoer loose in the waist.where the weight lose must occur. Stick with the sauna suit. It fits well
