I booked with My Baggage after the 1st company I booked with failed to pick up my suitcases on 3 different scheduled dates. My Baggage was really great. They picked up my bags exactly when they said they would and delivered them to the US from Ireland in 4 days with no problems. The cost was responsible and less than what others were charging. Received tracking information throughout the shipping process so I could keep track of my bags. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.
Send a suitcase to Australia rather than pay extra to take it on 2 flights. Picked up on the specified day and arrived at the destination about a week later. I was pretty thorough with the customs form and it got through without issue (personal clothing and items). Very happy with the service, no issues at all.

I had a very bad experience. I received my luggage almost 3 months later. I had to exchange a loooot os emails with them and DHL to release my luggage. I had to pay a lot more to DHL that taxed all my personal belongings.
I spent a lot of money, time and stress. Very disappointed.

I relocated back to England from America and used My Baggage and was very happy with the service. My boxes were picked up on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. The weight allowance was extremely generous, 66lbs is a lot of clothes!

I cannot believe there is such an easy and economical way to send boxes abroad. I am moving from the UK to the US and had been dreading the thought of shipping some boxes, worried it would cost a fortune, thinking I'd be in the post office perhaps not receiving very clear or good customer service. My colleague looked into FedEx pricing for me and the prices were outrageous (close to $600 for a small box that didn't weigh much, that's about £455). Somehow I found My Baggage via google and I'm so glad I did. I was able to ship four boxes, 18in x 18in x 18in (45cm x 45cm x 45cm) each, weighing about 40 lbs each (18 kg), for just under £100 per box. The website is easy to use and very intuitive. For customs, you have to enter a price for each of your personal used goods and that is time-consuming, but you'd have to do that for any shipping method. My Baggage's site made that a simple process too. Then you print your labels and tape them to each box. I entered all of my information and booked my order on a Friday. On the Monday they had DHL come collect the boxes from my flat in London. Two days later, on the Wednesday, the boxes were delivered to the address I provided in the US. I couldn't believe the speed!
On a separate note, I got my shipping boxes and brown packing tape and bubble wrap from PackingBoxes.co.uk if you are looking for a source for those sorts of things.

I shipped a bike from US to Spain. Worked great. All the steps were clear, they helped with the customs paperwork in Spain, and the price was very fair. Had a earlier failed attempt with another shipping company (which shall not be named) who basically left you on your own with respect to customs. I would use my baggage again without question.
