On Top Up IS EXCELLENT in their…

On Top Up IS EXCELLENT in their service.
I by some reason might have missed to see subscription of my top up with i had not intended to use . WAS CHARGED NEXT MONTH but on approach they looked into it and was refunded. Excellent customer services.

My daughter trued to top up her 3…

My daughter tried to top up her 3 account and was directed to your service. Paid £20.00 and now has no service and is totally distraught that she had lost her money and can’t seem to contact ontopup. What’s going on?

Auto enrolled my 84 year old mum and…

Auto enrolled my 84 year old mum and when asked for a refund for a credit never used they have said no. It’s over 60 days so we will keep your mothers money.
Steer clear of this company as they are not honest and auto enrol people.
