We owed about $8000 for 2020

We owed about $8000 for 2020. I contacted taxrise for help. I paid the retainer and more. I never received any explanation of how my money was used. I received confirmation that my documents were received and then more requests for information. Then my case was closed without any change in my tax debt. Or any confirmation that the IRS was ever contacted for a resolution. This company did nothing to help.

Brennan Sanchez is very professional and courteous. He made certain that I understood everything that Taxrise was doing on my case and calmed my fears! I would recommend him and Taxrise highly!

Karla called at expected time and…

Karla called at expected time and immediately started going over my case and at the end gave me direction on what to expect on our next call giving me confidence she will be able to assist and resolve my tax issues

I have been working with Taxrise for almost 2 yrs trying to fix a tax issue with IRS. It's been constant that I have to push Hector Cash to do anything positive towards my mother account. I would get notified that IRA is requesting all these documents and I needed to get to them to Taxrise in 24 hrs. On 03/01/2022 I received notice IRS is closing my mothers file. Since then I have not been able to reach ANYONE at Taxrise. SO IT SEEMS AS THOUGH TAXRISE ABANDONS Clients once that happens. I have left 7 voice mail messages sent 4 emails 7 3 text to Mr Hector Cash since I received the denial with NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE.
All this service after Coning me out of $5,000 + to work on case.

I called in panic today and ready to…

I called in panic today and ready to give who ever answered my call a big time attitude. Ruby Rose was nice took the time to help me and didn’t take my bad tone personally. She handled my issue and turned my frown upside down haha

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for…

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Tax Rise and a Ms Nikki Carr. They took my extremely difficult case and changed my life. They have given me a second chance with my future and the IRS. Ms Carr showed sincere concern and compassion in getting through so much of the IRS red tape. Her professionalism and extra effort gave me a shot. Thank you Tax Rise for recognizing quality people like Nikki Carr.

This has been a very stressful time for…

This has been a very stressful time for me. I’m so so ready to throw in the towel. I spoke to Ruby expressing my concerns this morning. I will wait for a phone call this afternoon from Nadia to see what would be the best outcome to resolve my case. This will be my fourth attempt to resolve this issue with a great some on money invested. 😬

Resolution of garnishment

I was really worried since my last employee received a notice for garnishment even though I finished a contract with them 3 weeks ago and still looking for a job since then.Your agent was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease as to how to resolve this issue.

I am working with TaxRise as we speak. Their work is extraordinary. Nadia, a rep with the company, was assigned to assist in lieu of my account rep.'s calendar. She picked up the file and delivered the exact information I needed.

These are real people with real answers.

Skeptical

I am not convinced if this is an honest company handling my tax debt. My husband and I owe totaling $6800.00 for tax years of 2017, 2018, & 2019.
To settle or get the case started costs $500 to get all the info from the IRS. However, I already have that information which we make payments of $125 a month. Therefore we were told we can get this debt reduced so my husband paid the $500. Now the next phone call among other words they are asking for $2800 more for services render and the interest rate for the loan is 17% (with a credit score of over 700 according to Equifax)
Also, they tell us we did not file for 2013 taxes which I know we did or I would have got a nice notice in the mail from IRS the following year stating unreported income because I got a W2 from my employer and my husband is self- employed and gets 1099.
So to make a conclusion of this they are wanting to file a tax return for 2013 for back taxes on that year that I was unaware of and $2800 that's not counting the $500 we already paid and was told nonrefundable. I understand people have to get paid for their services but to take advantage of vulnerable people that need help which benefits them in high pay profits of 30 million a year. (yes I Google that) this is why I am skeptical.
Does anyone have any up-to-date info on this company as of 2022?

These people will sweet talk you & get you to hire them to take care of your IRS debt when really they just try to get you a payment plan with the IRS which you can do by YOURSELF FOR FREE.

THEN they will sell your information to a collections Agency so no matter what you're stuck paying them even more than what you owe the IRS. & They will literally COHERCE you into signing documents - if that doesn't work & THEYLL GO AHEAD & FRAUD YOUR SIGNATURE SO THEY CAN SELL YOUR ACCOUNT TO UNITED CONSUMER FINANCIAL.

OH & They'll have like 6 different people "Who have no idea what happen with your account, we'll try to fix it." That is the ONLY Time they want to reach out to you, is IF IT CONCERNS ANY PAYMENT.


OH & THEY'LL HARRASS YOU WITH NONSTOP CALLS TO TAKE YOUR REVIEW OFF & WRITE A GOOD REVIEW. THEY TELL YOU THEY'LL REFUND YOU THE MONEY THEY SCAMMED YOU OUT OF TO REWRITE A GOOD REVIEW, THAT IS WHY THERE ARE 5 STAR REVIEWS; I PROMISE THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

JUST SETTLE WITH THE IRS, THEY are the only people who can HELP you LEGALLY.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. We were kept informed about our case throughout the process and received answers to our questions promptly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Process was completed sooner than expected and they got us the best case scenario!
