I cancelled my subscription in a phone call in late Feb but it wasn’t actioned and I still received the next box of beer. I got a refund but it took 3 emails and 2 further phone calls to get it sorted.
A similar thing happened the first time I used them when my first box of beer was never delivered and it was then a hassle to sort out cancellation.
Super friendly service. Really easy and honest to talk to. We really enjoyed the wines over New Years but found we weren’t drinking them as much when it’s cold so we called about ending our subscription but we got to talking and found that there are loads of flexible packages you can use that fits around us which is great. We are far from connoisseurs and for us it’s great to try lots of different wines to see what we like. Really amazing team always a great experience when I call.
Portugese wines in intro pack were very drinkable. Not sure about whether to continue though - £32 for 3 bottles a bit pricey. Scott in Customer Services was excellent - not pushy, understanding and thoroughly decent bloke - truly a silver-tongued Scott (from, er, Scotland)! Give that man a pay rise!
Delivery was prompt and the wine received was lovely.
I had a queery and is was dealt with straight away, no problem no fuss.
All in all a good experience.
No idea who this company is or how they got my information but they frequently send me junk mail in the post.
Excellent service! There was a delay with the courier but Paul N and Maria were helpful in sorting out the problem quickly.
I thought I cancelled my subscription after my first box (apparently I didnt complete their full cancellation process), so they still charged me for my second box on a Saturday morning, and they don’t allow you to cancel subscription over the website if they recently charged you (such a scam). There is a chatbot telling me to call them on weekdays but it will be too late to cancel the shipment and ask for a refund then. I tried removing my debit card info from the payment page, guess what.. you can’t. Such a disappointment. Here is your 1 star for your poor refund and cancellation policy and forcing people to buy your product…
I ordered Wine52's January box of white wines, but sadly the order never arrived. After bringing it up with the Wine52 team twice, they sent two consecutive redelivery attempts which both failed.
When I got in touch with the Wine52 team, Kieran investigated the matter for me and sent another box. Acknowledging that the courrier was likely the issue, he used a different delivery service to make sure that I would finally receive my box. Thankfully I haven't needed these wines imminently, but I'm also grateful for Wine52's patience!
Ordered box of beer and it had still not arrived a week later. Called to chase it up. Still had not arrived a week later. Called to cancel my subscription. I wouldn’t bother if I were you!
Great customer service. Wines were delivered quickly and very well packaged. The little treats were a nice touch and the information about the area the wines are from. Absolutely no issues when I cancelled my subscription and when finances allow wine52 will be my first port of call for another delivery.

Great product and great customer service from Grant Mcinroy who explained how the subscription works and how to pause / restart deliveries while away. Looking forward to my next box!
Absolutely brilliant, I wish I could buy more than 8... now thanks to ANDY P I am subscribed for 1 more month! It's a little pricey but absolutely work it. if you are looking for something different from your local pub drinks this is it! really happy I found it!
When I am able to earn more I will be back on my knees crawling to them to take me in!

I must say most subscription accounts try to somewhat disorientate you to where you end up staying with them just to appease them or to stop talking to them, but here Andy P was really understanding of my situation and recommended me their online shop where items are sold separately if the subscription amount comes to be over my budget, but still want to step in and out of their refreshing world.
I am very happy I found this place and will recommend it to my friends wholeheartedly.

Great customer service from Customer services (eg Scott), who fully understood my reason for cancelling my subscription (nothing to do with the quality of the wine itself, I hasten to add). Delivery came efficiently and on time.
