No assistance from TBRN at all

TBRN engaged by Keogh's insurance for Sainsbury's after a delivery van collided with part of my house. Initial phone call then no contact for 4 weeks. I chase, told I would be called back, nothing for 4 days. I call back again and still no technician or other repair person has been arranged to come and effect repairs. Terrible attitude from staff, no concern for the inaction and not able to offer any solution. All it seems I can do is to find my own contractor and sue Sainsbury's. Not a company I would trust or recommend.

Excellent service

I had a rather annoying noise coming from my tumble dryer, the kind of noise that never happens when the repair people came to visit. It took three visits, but eventually they solved the problem, no fuss, no mess, everyone from the call centre to the engineers couldn't of been any more friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The phone operators were polite

The phone operators were polite, friendly and very helpful. The engineers were punctual, friendly and polite. I even had a follow up call (from Naz) to cheak that everything was working well. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

This service was brilliant

This service was brilliant, one little hiccup at the start as was told a engineer was going to phone me within x amount of hours, and quite a few days past, But eventually when all was sorted & engineer was here super quick was lovely person & very helpful. Really recommend!

Poor is an understatement

Poor customer service, ghosted by the company once they realised that I had a warranty tube fulfilled by them which meant it wasn’t a new product.

I had to chase and chase and chase to get a response from repair network. Complaints department are seemingly non-existent and also don’t follow through as they say they do.

Scammers or Inefficient? (one or the other is true)

Made my advance payment on 18/2/22 and when no-one had turned up after 10 days made contact again to be advised
"unfortunately no engineers are available I have request a full refund to go back onto your card".
At the time of writing, 2/3/22, no refund received. Not sure if this is a scam or total inefficiency.
Update 8/3/22: payment eventually returned to my account today (18 days after it was first deducted) - so I guess this indicates inefficiency as they would have known within 48hrs that they couldn't deliver as promised.

REPAIR NETWORK IS A SCAM

REPAIR NETWORK IS A SCAM
SCAM, BEWARE.

They charge upfront. Paid the requested £190 as I only need one part replaced, an outer glass panel. Price for the part varies from £25 - £45. "Technician" is sent out to inspect. Receive a call two days later and they give me a quote of £600!? A new oven costs £240. Argue with 3 different people about the price which they say is fair & accurate. Request a refund and they offer only £75.

This is a scam. plain and simple. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I've had to repost my review 6 times as repair network staff keep flagging it stating that it goes against trust pilot's policy. This means that most negative reviews are easily removed and trust pilot allows this. What a sham.

BE CAREFUL THIS IS SCAM SITE !!!!!

This is how the scam works :

We knew what was wrong with our machine, a common problem, a split gasket that needed replacing.
Repair network website make very bold claims to be specialist operator of our particular brand of washing machine, thus entrapping into a false image of expertise and competence.

They offered 2 options, a call out option of £100 for an hour of work plus materials.
And second all-inclusive option, a higher fee option where they repair for at least double the amount of £100.

As it should have been a simple job we went for the first option. The operator that came round stayed 5 minutes and as the machine was in use at the time he could not look at it properly. But he left claiming anyway that our machine needed a huge amount of repair work, way more than what was necessary. An invoice promptly arrived the next day for the amount of £611 this on top of the £100 paid for call out.

Stay clear, have reported to fraud office.
